Our Electricity Licence
Selling electricity to your tenant can be a legal minefield.
We take care of the hassle for you.
We’re one of a handful of companies in Australia to hold the necessary electricity licence from the Australian Energy Regulator to legally sell rooftop generated solar power to the occupant of the building.

$0 Upfront
By taking our free option, we’ll install, maintain and manage solar panels on your roof without any cost to you.
You tenant will then pay off your solar panels, so you get them for free at the end of our ownership period.
At anytime you can purchase the system directly from us.
Fully Managed
We take care of all repairs and maintenance.
In the rare case that something goes wrong, our automated system will trigger an alert to dispatch one of our electricians to rectify the issue.
Insured
We’re fully insured to sell electricity and install and maintain solar panels.
Lower Your Property’s Emissions
Our clients often achieve a 70%+ reduction in their emissions caused by their tenants’ energy consumption, with most properties becoming 100% carbon neutral.
Even with a small roof, we’ll be able achieve a great emissions outcome for your building.
Need to Exit?
Sometime plans change, and when they do, we’re here to help. Our options if you need to end our agreement early are:
- If you choose to receive free panels, but would like to take ownership early, we can transfer ownership of the panels to you at market value;
- If you choose to invest in the panels, and would like to end our management agreement early, we can transfer the agreement to another property, or you can pay out the remaining agreement early.

With either of our solar plans, you’re in control of the benefits you want to receive.
A New Level of Accuracy
We’ve taken over 5 million data points from the Bureau of Meteorology to enable us provide you with the most accurate forecasts for return on investment and improvement to the value of your property.
What’s more, we invest in solar too. We expect a high degree of accuracy for our return on investment calculations, so we bring the same expertise to your project.

Solar First, Grid Connected
Your tenant will use all the available solar electricity first, before drawing any extra energy from the grid.
That way, the clean, solar electricity is preferred to the grid electricity.
If the property needs electricity at night, or on a cloudy day, backup energy can be drawn from the grid.
Your tenant’s grid electricity contract is not disturbed by solar being installed.
Tier 1 Equipment
We only use equipment, such as panels and inverters, from Tier 1 manufacturers with a minimum of a 10 year warranty.
We prefer JA Solar, Q Cells, Fronius, Solar Edge and Growatt.

It can be difficult to organise busy tenants to buy electricity generated on their rooftop.
